Ingredients
– Deer
– Elk
– Antelope
– Flour
– Beef broth
– Salt & Pepper
– Garlic powder
Directions
Take deer, elk or antelope pieces and roll in some flour, then brown in skillet.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic powder then place in slow cooker with a can of beef broth and cook all 4-6 hrs.
