Venison Stroganoff

So good and easy!!


-1 1/2 lbs venison or 1 1/2 lbs beef, cubed

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

-1 teaspoon celery seed

-1/4 cup olive oil

-2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

-1/3 cup yellow onion, chopped

-2 cups beef or 2 cups chicken bouillon

-1 teaspoon soy sauce

-1/4 cup cooking sherry

-1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary

-12 large mushrooms, sliced

-1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

-8 ounces sour cream

-1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles (or 16-oz. pkg.)

-*Flour to desired gravy thickness


-Add all the ingredients into a crock pot/slow cooker and let cook for 6-10 hours.

-Prepare noodles in a separate pot just before serving.

-Add flour to thicken the consistency to your liking.
