– 2 lbs. venison roast
– 2 cans cream of mushroom
– 1 onion (cut up in large pieces)
– 12 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced
– 1½ Tbsp. Worchestire
– Dash of Pepper
– ½ Cup sour cream
– 1 Cup water
