Venison Roast with Gravy

I have been using this recipe for years. It is a family favorite in my house. Serve with Mashed Potatoes and a side of Peas. It is so easy and delicious!… Submitted by Miranda C.


– 2 lbs. venison roast

– 2 cans cream of mushroom

– 1 onion (cut up in large pieces)

– 12 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced

– 1½ Tbsp. Worchestire

– Dash of Pepper

– ½ Cup sour cream

– 1 Cup water


Place all of the above in Crock Pot on high for 4-5 hrs until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
