Venison Roast in Crock Pot

Ingredients

– Venison roast

– Italian stewed tomatoes

– Green peppers

– Onion

Directions

Put a layer of Italian stewed tomatoes on bottom of Crock Pot, place cut up green peppers and onions next, put in venison roast. On top of roast, place green peppers and onions and then top with more Italian stewed tomatoes. Cook on high for 4 -6 hours. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes as side.
