Venison Pineapple Hamburgers

– 4 venison hamburgers

– 4 (can or real) pineapple slices

– 1 medium onion

– 1 pack fresh mushrooms

– Teriyaki sauce

– Hamburger buns

– 4 tbs. butter


Marinate the venison patties for 2-6 hours in Teriyaki sauce

Marinate the pineapple slice for 30 minutes in some Teriyaki sauce

Slice the onion, grill with mushrooms, butter and Teriyaki sauce

Grill pineapple with the sauce

Cook the venison with butter and sauce until medium rare

Combine all ingredients together and enjoy
