Ingredients
– 1/2 can of diet Coke
– 2 to 4 venison chops
– 1 medium onion (chopped)
– Garlic salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a frying pan arrange the chops and spread chopped onion over top of meat, add seasonings and pour soda in pan. Heat to medium heat and cook 4 to 7 minutes per side. I serve with grilled potatoes, carrots and onion with melted cheese.
