Stuffed Venison Meatballs

– 1 lb. ground deer meat

– Half of onion, chopped

– 1 egg

– 1 Garlic clove chopped

– 4 oz. Mozzarella block

– Garlic Salt

– Pepper

– Vegetable Oil


In a bowl combine, deer, onion, egg, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix very well.

Take the mozzarella and cut into small squares like ½”” size.

Take a baking pan and oil it with Vegetable Oil.

Now take each square of mozzarella and take some meat and press it around it till its completely covered.

Place each meat ball on the pan. Place in fridge for 10 minutes to cool off the meat and cheese to same temperature.

Now preheat oven to 375 F and place pan in oven for 45 minutes or till meat is fully cooked.

Eat as is, or add to any spaghetti dinner. Enjoy!
