Santa Fe Soup

Quick and simple. 15 minutes prep time and 30 minutes to several hours of simmering… Submitted by Shannon L.


– 1-2 lbs ground venison

– 1 can rotel (do not drain)

– 1 can corn (do not drain)

– 1 can ranch style beans

– 1 can pinto beans

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 1 packet ranch dressing/seasoning

– Garlic and Pepper to taste


Brown meat with 1 cup of water, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, garlic, pepper and any other seasonings as desired.

Then add all other ingredients with liquids.

Ready to eat once hot, but if you let it simmer for several hours it gets much better.
