Salisbury Venison

Ingredients

– 3 lbs. boneless venison roast

– 1 large onion, diced

– 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

– 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

– 1 Tablespoon garlic minced

– Ground black pepper (to taste)

– Salt (to taste)

– 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

– 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Cook combined ingredients in slow cooker on low setting for 6 hours.
