Marinated & Grilled Venison Teriyaki Strips

Marinade and grilled venison kabobs


‘- Venison cut in strips 3 inches long

– 1 cup soy sauce

– 1 cup water

– 1 tsp ground ginger

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– Onion chunks

– Pineapple chunks

– Green Pepper


Put the water in a pan, and mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Heat to dissolve the sugar. Pour mixture over venison strips and let soak overnight in refrigerator. Place the meat then onion, pineapple and green pepper on skewers, alternating meat, onion, pineapple chunks and green pepper. Place kabobs on the grill, cooking to own preference. Serve over rice or eat by itself. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
