Ketchup Steak / Loin

– 1 lb. deer loin or steak

– 1 large sweet onion

– Ketchup


Brown steak or loin.

Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder.

I add some worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Slice up the onion after browning steak / loin, reduce heat and then add ketchup. Approx 1/2 Cup and simmer. You may want to add more, as the sauce makes a great gravy for potatoes.
