Italian Venison

4 to 5 lb. venison roast for great sandwiches. My family loves this…

– 4 to 5 lb. venison roast

– 4 cloves garlic sliced

– 1 Tbsp.oregano

– 1 Tbsp. sea salt

– 1 Tbsp. black pepper

– 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

– 1 16 oz. jar mild or hot peppers your choice.


Cut slits in roast and insert sliced garlic, place in crock pot, add remaining spices and 2 to 3 cups water, cook on low for 6 hrs., add 16 oz. jar of peppers and juice, cook another hour. Shred roast with fork and serve.
