Hot Venison Sandwiches

Wonderful hot sandwich recipe for company and so easy!… Submitted by Robyn K.


– 1 Venison roast

– 4 Cups water

– 1 pkt. dry italian dressing mix

– 1 12 oz. jar yellow pepper rings.

– 6 Hoagie rolls

*cheese is optional


Place venison roast in Crock Pot. Add 4 cups of water and 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix. Cook on medium 5-6 hours. Shred roast with fork and add 1 jar of mild yellow pepper rings. Cook for one more hour on low. Serve on hoagie rolls with yellow mustard.
