– Jarred Italian hot peppers

– Venison backstraps

– Garlic

– Spinach

– Yellow Spanish rice


Marinade backstraps in hot peppers for at least three hours. Remove backstraps and grill medium rare. Make rice according to directions on box. Saute garlic and add spinach saute with the hot peppers. Slice the backstraps and spoon in the hot peppers. Assemble and plate with rice and spinach. Truly mouth watering!
