A superb and versatile recipe to use on venison, beef, and chicken!
Ingredients
1 part Dijon Mustard
2 parts Honey
1 pinch of Thyme
1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper
1 table spoon Olive Oil
Directions
Cut meat into kebab sized cubes. Marinate meat in honey mustard sauce for three – four hours. Skewer meat and sear on a hot grill. Baste meat with sauce when kebabs are turned. Serve rare to medium-rare.
