Homemade noodles, venison and beef broth…

– 1 cup flour
– 1/4 stick butter
– Tablespoon milk
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– Touch of pepper
– Fill stock pot about 3/4 full with water and add beef base.
– 1 Quart venison (cubed and cold packed).
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and knead with hands, add a little flour at a time to stiffen. Lightly coat area with flour and roll dough with rolling pin to desired thickness and cut into strips (pizza cutter works well). Bring water and beef base to a boil and add noodles, boil until noodles are thoroughly cooked. Add venison and continue to boil. Enjoy!
