Grilled Venison Meatloaf

Easy to fix grilled venison meatloaf… Submitted by Matt H.


– 2 lbs. of ground venison

– 1 egg beaten

– 4 tablespoons of brown sugar

– 1/2 Cup of ketchup

– 1/2 Cup of cracker crumbs

– 2 teaspoons of mustard


– 1/2 Cup of ketchup

– 4 tablespoons of brown sugar

– 2 teaspoons of water

– 1 teaspoon of mustard



Mix the venison, ketchup, brown sugar, bread crumbs and mustard in a large bowl and mix well. Pack into a loaf pan. Place pan on grill. Grill for 15 minutes.


Mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and the water in a bowl.

Place a large square piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on the grill. Remove the meatloaf from the pan, and place it on the foil. Grill for 10 more minutes, basting with the sauce.””
