Ingredients
– Elk fillets
– Bacon
– Olive Oil
– Kosher salt
Directions
Place bacon between your fillets, cover both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt, place on Trager grill on high and sear both sides, turn down to 300 and cook for 10 minutes, turn to smoke for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
