Sonia’s Grilled Deer Tenderloin


Dale’s Seasoning
Liquid Smoke
Garlic Salt
Worcestershire sauce
McCormick’s Steak Seasoning


Cut tenderloin into bite-size pieces and place in a dish for marinating. Season the meat with: Dale’s seasoning, garlic salt, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and McCormick’s steak seasoning. Let it set for at least 3 hours. Place on the grill on low heat for five minutes and flip it over. Let it grill another 5-10 minutes (depending on the thickness) and remove for serving
