Ingredients
– Goose breast cut into 1 inch strips
– Green apple cored and sliced
– Bacon strips
Directions
Pair one slice of apple with a strip of goose meat. Wrap in a piece of bacon and grill until bacon starts to crisp and goose is cooked to your liking (I like medium rare), flipping once.
