A twist to the traditional chicken fingers. My kids absolutely love this recipe!!! And for my family full of celiacs, this is awesome!!… Submitted by Victoria M.
Ingredients
– Duck breasts cut into strips (or partridge)
– 3 Eggs
– 1 Cup milk
– 1 Cup rice flour
– 1/2 Cup potato starch
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– Dash or two of salt & pepper
– 1 tsp. chili powder
– 1 tsp. mixed herbs (like Mrs. Dash)
Directions
Mix eggs and milk together and dip duck strips in mixture
Mix all dry ingredients together and dip moistened duck into dry mixture
Place in preheated deep fryer or pan fry in 1 Tbsp. of butter
Excellent dipped in plum sauce or seafood sauce for a different taste
