A favorite in my house! This is the easiest meal to prepare for a family of 4. I always have these three ingredients on hand and this is my go-to recipe if I can’t think of anything else to make. My husband asks for this for his birthday dinner. Toss some green beans in or add shredded cheese for a change-up. (Also, the “healthy” version tastes just as good – just substitute a can of Fat Free cream soup and use shredded red baby spuds instead of the tots.)…

Ingredients
– 1 lb elk burger
– 1 can of Campbels Cream of Chicken Soup (or Cream of Mushroom, or Cream of Celery)
– Frozen Tots
Directions
Press the burger into the bottom of a 8×8 dish, spread the soup on top of the meat, arrange the tots on top of the soup layer. Sprinkle some Seasoning Salt on the tots. Bake at 350° for an hour. I like to put it under the broiler for a few minutes at the end to crisp the tots a bit.
