– 3 cups soy sauce
– 1/2 cup liquid smoke
– 1/2 lb brown sugar
– And for a kick Cheyenne pepper
Mix all this together, let stand overnight for best taste, for a little kick add some Cheyenne pepper, for the bold people add ghost chili pepper,this recipe will do 4 lbs of meat . Works great for beef also.
