A cheese stuffed venison meatball!!
-1lb. Mozzarella Cheese
-1lb. Ground Italian Sausage
-1lb. Ground Venison
-2 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. pepper
-1 cup of bread crumbs
-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup whole milk
-1/2 cup Italian parsley
-1.5 cans of tomato sauce

- Cut mozzarella cube into bite sized pieces to be stuffed in the middle of the meatball.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl (minus the tomato sauce).
- Form into golf ball sized balls with the cheese in the middle of the meatball.
- Poor tomato sauce into crock pot and place the meatballs inside. Cook on high for 2 – 2.5 hours. Enjoy!
