Ingredients
– Venison tenderloin
– Italian salad dressing
– Bacon
– BBQ sauce
Directions
Soak backstraps in water to remove game taste. Cut into strips and marinade in Italian salad dressing. Wrap each strip with thick piece of bacon and hold with a toothpick. Grill and baste with BBQ sauce until done. Yummy!
