(Recreational Utility Trailer) – a fully decked out hunting wagon, toy hauler, camper, and tailgating trailer all wrapped up into one, or as we like to call it, every outdoorsman’s dream on wheels. We’re taking a bare-bones enclosed trailer and making it Legendary. Take a seat and buckle up as we take you through our custom build, wild rides, and Legendary R.U.T. adventures!

In this custom DIY build (yes, we’re doing it all ourselves), we took zero shortcuts and went to extreme lengths to design, engineer, and build this one-of-a-kind mobile hunting/camping/tailgating rig. The Journey
While we enjoy working on the Legendary R.U.T., we enjoy it much more when it works for us. Hitting the road with this rig is what it’s all about. From parking lot tailgate parties to an isolated base camp in the boonies, the R.U.T. is bound to be on some epic journeys along the way. In order to take this trailer to the extreme and make it a truly “Legendary” Recreational Utility Trailer, we needed some help from a few other friends in the outdoors.
ScentCrusher – Adding an Ozone closet to keep our hunting clothes as scent free as possible was a must-have feature for the Legendary R.U.T. The ScentCrusher Closet paired with their ozone totes were the perfect products for the traveling hunter who sleeps in a trailer.
Camp Chef – A quality compact 2-burner stove might just be the most important thing in camp. Essential to keeping you fueled and enjoying your harvests, the Camp Chef Pro 60X Two-Burner Stove allows you to cook like a pro wherever you go.
Disc-O-Beds – Have you seen these things? They’re awesome! Once we saw these bunk cots that fold down into a sofa, we had to have them. They are perfect for the R.U.T., as they allow us to be flexible with the layout, along with the ability to pack up nice and small during commutes. Since we love camo, we went with the Realtree Cam-O-Bunk system.
Grizzly Cooler – It’s pretty simple, we like our beer cold. Just kidding…well, not really. Let’s just say, it’s a tough job to keep things cold in the backcountry and spoiled meat makes a man madder than a hornet in a coke can. As a bonus, it’s Grizzly Bear proof!
