Italian Fried Venison Backstrap


Very easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

Venison Back strap (as many as you want)

Eggs

Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions

Cut backstraps to desired size

Heat Olive oil in a pan, (enough oil in the pan for half of the backstrap to sit and fry in)

Dip backstrap into egg and allow to coat thoroughly

Cover in seasoned bread crumbs

Place in heated oil and cook on each side for approximately 5-7 min
