Working with The Threshold Incorporated (TTI) is a 501\u00a9(3) not-for-profit organization that provides community rehabilitation services to children and adults in Washington County, WI, Legendary Whitetails was recognized for its unique approach to engaging disadvantaged workers.In April of 2013, Legendary Whitetails was presented with the \u201cOutstanding Employer Award\u201d by the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Association\u2019s Job Placement and Development Board. \u00a0Legendary Whitetails was recognized by TTI’s statewide association because of its unique approach to engaging disabled workers.Legendary Whitetails began their relationship with TTI in the 2010. Since then, Legendary has employed over 10 TTI members in their fulfillment center and returns department. In the 2012-2013 Christmas season as many as six TTI placements were working simultaneously. A typical assignment at Legendary Whitetails for a TTI member is anywhere from 10 to 20 weeks.Legendary clearly identifies and defines the job roles for each candidate, while TTI selects candidates with the necessary skills and provides ongoing job coaching. \u00a0Most importantly, Legendary puts the employees in roles that are recognizably important to our operation. \u00a0Ben Huffman, Vice President of Operations for Legendary Whitetails added,\u00a0\u201cWhen they succeed, it is noticeable.
