Legendary Whitetails has generously donated 390 brand new ladies jackets to the FOX 6 Coats for Kids coat drive.Winter has arrived and many kids will, unfortunately, be heading to school without a proper winter coat this season. That\u2019s where FOX6 Coats for Kids is looking to help out.As a local apparel company, Legendary Whitetails wanted to get involved and took it upon themselves to start the coat drive off with a bang.\u00a0 The 390 donated coats will help get local kids in warm jackets to brave the cold months of a Wisconsin winter.Legendary Whitetails team member and donation organizer, Christina Johnson, commented,\u201cKnowing the constant need for warm coats in the community, we felt motivated and inspired to make a difference right here in our backyard.\u00a0We had an excess of jackets, and the FOX 6 coat drive was a natural fit.\u00a0 Best of all, these are all brand-new jackets for the kids.\u201dOnce again, FOX 6 is asking the generous people of southeast Wisconsin to go through their closets and donate gently used coats to help keep kids warm this winter.\u00a0 All sizes of coats are welcome and needed,\u00a0 including any children\u2019s size coats for younger kids and any adult size coats for teens and older children.\u00a0 Children\u2019s coats, especially sizes 5 through 12, are in great demand this year. The donated coats will be cleaned for free by ITU AbsorbTech and distributed by the Salvation Army.Even though the coat drive has ended the need for winter coats has not.
